Speakers’ Briefings in Session Rooms
Authors who are presenting papers will meet with session chairs and co-chairs in their session rooms for a short 20-30-minute briefing on the day of their sessions to exchange bios and review final details prior to the session. Please attend on the day of your session(s). Laptops preloaded with the Speakers’ Briefing preparation slides will be provided in each session room. Speakers’ Briefing schedule is as follows;

Speakers Practice Room (Room 206)
Speakers who wish to practice their presentations may do so in the Conference Room 206. A sign-up sheet will be posted on the door. In consideration of others, please limit practice time to 30-minute increments.
Audiovisual
Each session room will be preset with the following: one laptop computer, one LCD projector, one screen, one microphone and sound system, and one laser pointer. For most efficient transition between presentations, please preload each presentation onto the laptop provided. Also, there will be SpaceOps 2016 secretariat, technician at the conference site, and staffs in each room should any problems occur with the audio visual equipment.
Session Chair Reports
All session chairs are asked to complete a session chair report to evaluate their session for future planning. AIAA has partnered with Canvas Solutions to provide an electronic Session Chair Report form. You can download the FREE mobile app in your App Store, AppWorld, or Marketplace by searching for “Canvas Solutions, Inc.” The mobile app is free, so please be sure to download it. Detailed instructions will be provided in the session rooms. If you do not have a tablet or a smartphone, simply use the report form as a guide and enter your session chair report information at the session chair reporting computer station located on site near the registration area. Report data will be collected and used for future planning purposes, including session topics and room allocations. Please submit your session chair report electronically by 20 May 2016.
Poster Presentation
The presenters of paper accepted for poster presentation are asked to prepare a poster and display it for the duration of the conference on a designated panel provided by the conference.
  • Location: Exhibition Hall (#109~110), 1F, Daejeon Convention Center
  • Poster Panel Size: 1.0m in width and 2.5m in height.
  • The poster board is self-standing.
  • Each paper’s code will be shown on the board.
  • Scotch tape will be provided for your use.
  • Use of double-sided tape is prohibited.
  • All presenters are required to preside at their poster panel during the poster presentation time (Poster presentation I, II).
  • During the session for anticipated discussion with participants.
  • Each poster should indicate the paper title, authors, and affiliation must fit within a 0.9m x 1.5m space.
